Connecting with Your Loved Ones Across the Realms 

By guiding you into a state of deep relaxation and heightened awareness, hypnotherapy opens the subconscious mind into extraordinary states of consciousness. It can provide a powerful pathway for individuals seeking to connect with a loved one who has passed when there is intent and openness to connect—forming new memories and building a new relationship, enabling a deeply meaningful experience which sits outside conventional grief therapy. 

Sessions last around 1 hour and are conducted online via Zoom, which means you are able to relax and feel comfortable in your own home. We will spend time at the beginning of a session discussing who you wish to connect with and creating intention. Once you feel relaxed, you will be guided into a deeply peaceful state, you remain fully aware and in control, yet deeply relaxed—allowing your mind to become open to connecting with those across the realms. 

This approach utilises elements from Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR) and other techniques alongside hypnosis to build the connection between you and your loved one in spirit. This approach can be helpful for individuals who find it challenging to quieten their minds. It facilitates a deep state of relaxation and lets you sink into your subconscious, creating a path to connect across the realms.

These sessions are about 1 hour long and are conducted online through Zoom. We will spend time at the beginning of a session discussing who you wish to connect with and creating intention. I will teach you a simple technique, and then, using hypnosis, your state of relaxation will deepen, and you will be guided to your place of connection. Once you have had an initial session, you can join my ongoing group practice sessions to maintain and develop your connection across the realms.
